1. Who we are
Ambika Marketing (“we”, “the app”) is a marketing automation service by Ambika Software that helps a business owner publish images to their own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account, auto-reply to comments, and send WhatsApp updates.
2. Information we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email, phone, shop name.
- Facebook/Instagram data you authorize via Facebook Login: the list of Pages you manage, the selected Page(s), Page name, the linked Instagram Business account id and username, and a Page access token.
- Content you add: images you upload or generate, captions, schedules, keyword auto-reply rules, and post history (success/failure).
- Optional WhatsApp settings: your WhatsApp Cloud API phone number id and token, and recipient numbers you enter.
3. How we use it
- To publish your scheduled images to your own connected Facebook Page and Instagram account.
- To publicly reply to comments on your posts using rules you configure.
- To send WhatsApp messages you initiate, and to show you analytics of your own posts.
We use your data only to provide these features you asked for. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising to you.
4. How data is stored & secured
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never exposed to your browser or other customers.
- All traffic is served over HTTPS. Each customer’s data is isolated from every other customer.
5. Sharing with third parties
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): we call the Meta Graph API to publish and reply on your behalf.
- Google (Gemini): when you use AI caption/image generation, your prompt is sent to Google’s Gemini API.
- We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.
6. Data retention & deletion
You control your data. Click Disconnect in the app to immediately remove a Page’s stored token and connection. To delete your entire account and data, see our Data Deletion page or contact us. We retain data only as long as your account is active.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time from within the app or by contacting us.
