1. The service

Ambika Marketing lets you schedule and publish images to your own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account, auto-reply to comments, and send WhatsApp messages you initiate.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure.
• You may only connect Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Acceptable use

• You are responsible for all content you upload, generate, schedule, or auto-reply with.
• You must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram and WhatsApp policies, and applicable laws.
• No spam, misleading, illegal, or infringing content.

4. Third-party platforms

The app relies on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp, and Google (Gemini) APIs. Their availability, rate limits, and policies are outside our control and may affect the service.

5. Plans & limits

Features and usage limits (images, connected accounts, AI credits) depend on your plan. We may change plans and limits with notice.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for content you publish, for actions taken by Meta/Google on your accounts, or for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
